Our Mission
- To be a place where new ideas and experiments can be tried out in the field of teacher education and to offer a range of programs at different levels, such as B.A. B.Ed., B.Sc.B.Ed., B.Ed., D.El.Ed., and M.Ed., with different specializations.
- To be an organization that works with well-known national and foreign organizations and has all the human and physical resources it needs.
- To meet the growing need for good teachers in elementary and higher schools in line with NEP-2020 guidelines.
- To provide innovative and challenging programs for student teachers, encompassing a multitude of self-directed tasks such as case studies, project work, seminars, research initiatives, and various levels of engagement with factual courses and practical teaching experiences in real-world contexts.
- To execute initiatives that promote community and environmental health, sanitation, and nutrition, while educators serve as catalysts for development in their workplaces.
Our Objectives
- To ensure that student-teachers demonstrate expertise and competence in their subject areas, along with qualifications in pedagogical techniques.
- To provide educators with integrated theoretical concepts and practical experiences, enabling them to contemplate, reflect, and cultivate an effective learning environment.
- To provide student-teachers with an awareness of the children they instruct, including their backgrounds and social contexts, so facilitating experiential learning for the student-teachers as well.
- To instill global principles and those contained in our constitution, such as secularism, social justice, and equality, among potential teachers.
- To deliver a student-centered program executed through practical scenarios.
- To facilitate the integration of visual and performing arts with other disciplines and their application as a pedagogical tool in classroom settings.
